Dublin City University Centre for Jazz Performance Studies
Directed by Ronan Guilfoyle, Dublin City University offers the country’s only dedicated undergraduate degree programme in jazz, and is an academic centre committed to the research, performance practice, study and teaching of jazz performance.
Technological University Dublin Conservatory (Masters in Jazz Performance).
In 2008, the Conservatory (Formerly Dublin Institute of Technology Conservatory of Music & Drama) introduced a Master of Music degree programme in Jazz Performance. Since then the programme has attracted some of Ireland’s finest jazz musicians. The programme is led by distinguished jazz guitarist Michael Nielsen.
