Organisations such as Improvised Music Company provide mentorship and support on a regular basis, generally for Irish and Irish-based artists. Specific programmes vary year to year, such as IMC’s InCUBEator programme. A number of organisations have recently developed series of professional development webinars and recorded videos around professional development topics. Courses online may be available to musicians internationally, and videos are usually available from the organisation.
