The 17th edition of the first meeting around the piano festival took place from June 17 to 20, 2025 in the halls of the Cap Excellence urban community. Mostly focused on jazz aesthetics, 3 out of 4 concerts were held. On June 19, the festival hosted the concert of classical pianist of Guadeloupean origin Mylène Alexis Garel around the sonatas of Chevalier St Georges. In addition to the concerts, master classes, and school meetings, 3 concerts took place in a hospital setting at the Abymes gerontological center. With a capacity of over 90%, we can consider this 17th edition to have been a great success. And to confirm all this, we are happy to inform you that the first two concerts of the festival have been labeled French music week by the Ministry of Culture.
