The Nordic Jazz Comets showcase is a joint effort of five Nordic jazz organizations, Jazz Finland, Jazz Danmark, Norsk jazzforum, Svensk Jazz and the Icelandic music school FÌH. The project is supported by Nordic Culture Fund.

Each of the five emerging Nordic ensembles play 30-minute concerts at their home venues and studios. The last performance of the night is streamed live from G Livelab club in Helsinki.
