Since 2010, Djangofest – Athens Jazz Festival is a two-day cultural festival dedicated to the legacy of Django Reinhardt, programming artists, musicians, dancers, and cultural groups that are inspired by swing manouche gypsy jazz. In 2012 and 2013 it was also held in Thessaloniki. It is an event with free admission and attracts more than 4,000 daily visitors.
