We are happy today to share the names of the two pairs selected for the first round of the Mentoring Scheme for programmers, that was launched in February 2025 by EJN.
The mentors / mentees for this first round are:
- Jan Ole Otnæs (Norway) with Regina Fisch (Austria);
- Carine Zuber (Switzerland) with Veronika Friedlová (Czech Republic).
The EJN Mentoring Scheme for Programmers connects early-career programmers with more seasoned experts to develop essential skills for programming venues & festivals. This first round will run until September 2026. In the meantime, early next year, we will publish a call for mentors and mentees for the second round of the mentoring scheme, that will begin in October 2026.
