The 37th Tallinn International Festival Jazzkaar will bring the best music and uplifting energy to Telliskivi Creative City and stages across Estonia from 25 April to 2 May. The full programme is now out: among them, UK-based singer and producer Jordan Rakei, guitar virtuoso Bill Frisell performing with violist Eyvind Kang, saxophonist and bold composer Donny McCaslin, leading U.S. ensembles Kneebody and Kennedy Administration, and lots of fresh jazz from Estonia, Europe and even Brazil!
