EJN participated in the latest AMPLIFY consortium meeting, held in Trondheim, Norway, on 7–8 May 2026. Hosted by NTNU University, the meeting brought together project partners from across Europe to review progress and plan the next phases of the project.
Over two days, consortium members discussed the development of AMPLIFY’s digital tools and pilota, explored emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Extended Reality (XR), and coordinated future dissemination and engagement actions. The discussions focused on how digital innovation can support artists and cultural organisations while remaining human-centred, ethical and responsive to the needs of the cultural and creative sectors.
As a consortium partner, EJN plays an active role in disseminating the project's outcomes through its international network of members and partners. The network also contributes to the adoption, testing and evaluation of AMPLIFY’s pilots, helping to ensure that the project's tools and methodologies are relevant and accessible to artists and professionals active in jazz, creative and improvised music across Europe.
The meeting in Trondheim provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen collaboration among partners, exchange knowledge and align future activities.
AMPLIFY is an Horizon-Europe funded collaborative project supporting the digital transformation of the cultural and creative sectors through the development of trustworthy, human-centred technologies and innovative artistic pilots.
