The 42nd edition of the international Druga Godba Festival will take place from 27 to 30 May 2026 at various venues across Ljubljana, once again bringing to life its distinctive blend of international and genre-diverse music. A limited batch of early bird festival passes is now on sale.
The festival’s programming committee is once again carefully selecting (some names have already been confirmed!) the most interesting, talented, and innovative musicians from around the world. Their unique sounds will once again resonate on the stages of Ljubljana in May, opening unknown worlds of musical creativity to festivalgoers.
The festival’s concert programme is expected to be announced in the second half of January 2026.
Sogodbe Concert Series Continues
This autumn, the Sogodbe series brings two exciting concerts to Ljubljana. In October, Rita Payés makes her long-awaited Ljubljana debut with her distinctive blend of jazz, flamenco, and classical music. Later in the season, Anna Anderluh, Lukas Aichinger, and David Gratzer present an imaginative, genre-defying performance — from meditative improvisation to playful 1980s reworks.
Presenting the Druga Godba 2025 Official Aftermovie
Druga Godba presents the official video summary of this year’s festival, which, over three intense days at various concert venues across Ljubljana, featured twelve concerts and eight events as part of the supporting program. The Druga Godba 2025 aftermovie captures carefully selected moments from the festival and reveals the beauty of the Druga Godba community.
