The JazzCádiz Festival, which began in 2008, has established itself as a cultural landmark in Andalusia. In 2027, the Cádiz festival will celebrate its 20th edition with a month-long programme during July featuring concerts, master-classes and conferences in various special venues across this unique city by the sea.

The Jazzcádiz Association has a long history of involvement in the associative movement, as they were part of the groups that set up cultural associations in the field of andalusian jazz, such as El Musicario, ANDAJAZZ, or ANDAJAZZ-PRO. They are founding members of the Association Plataforma Jazz España since 2019 and since 2026, members of the European Jazz Network.

In these years of existence the JazzCádiz Festival has grown in content and recognition, consolidating itself as one of the best known festivals in Spain. Nowadays it offers more that 25 activities at the end of July, not only concerts but also master-classes, conferences, jam sessions and others, offering a complete cultural experience in the city of Cádiz.
