Professional Development

Synthesizer is an NGO established to build an educational programme for pre-professional talented artists from all genres of the Israeli music scene.  It provides information, tools, community, networking opportunities to jumpstart or upgrade their musical careers.  In 2022 Synthesizer became a founding member of the Constellations programme, collaborating with other talent development programmes across Europe and organising exchanges and international activities for their alumni as well as the broader musician community in Israel.
