Acum is the main royalty collecting association, and has the full monopoly on copyright operations and royalties collections. All other associations, for master rights, performance rights, etc are obligated to work through Acum for their collecting arrangements. Acum is also the sole authorised company to work with other countries' royalties collecting associations.
