Synthesizer

Description: 
Synthesizer is an NGO established in order to build an educational program for pre-revenue talented emerging artists from the Israeli music scene, with the need for information, tools, community, boost and networking to jumpstart or upgrade their musical career. The program takes place in 13 weekly sessions that combine in-house content with professional industry speakers, a showcase festival, an individual video session recordings and distribution and a mentoring program with participation of more established independent musicians from the Israeli scene.

The program successfully completed 5 cycles, with the 6th one to be open in the upcoming year. Each cycle contains 12 handpicked artists, out from more than 300 applications. Participating musicians are picked by a committee assembled out of two music industry representatives and two representatives of the program. The program has more than 60 alumni, and is initiating its alumni program, with focus on the international industries.
