Bærum Kulturhus is one of Norway's leading venues featuring a strong program that manages to bridge local talent with major international acts. We re one of the few houses that takes pride in being a producing house (who actually develops productions inhouse) that strides to top it up a notch. We do approx. 560/570 showdates + 400 rehearsals a year.
Our jazzseries "JAZZ IN BAERUM" has had names like Jan Garbarek, Herbie Hancock, Dianne Reeves, Chick Corea and several other exciting acts.

We are lead by Director of Bærum Performing Arts Center Kai Gustavsen and Head of Booking Tore Johansen. Fredrik Richter and Arvid Solvang are the artistic producers of the jazz and pop program in our venue.
