Christmas Jazz in Tallinn and first names for Jazzkaar 2026

Christmas Jazz brings Rabih Abou-Khalil, Sachal Vasandani and Cyrille Aimée to Tallinn in December!
Jazzkaar's winter festival Christmas Jazz is taking place in various cities in Estonia from November 29 until December 16, bringing both Estonia's best jazz musicians and globally renowned artists on stage.  This years headliner is the lovely jazz singer Cyrille Aimée from France who will arrive to our festival for the second time, presenting her Grammy nominated album À Fleur de Peau  on December 8 in Tallinn.

Jazzkaar 2026 warm-up is Béla Fleck's Grammy nominated BEATrio!
After 28 years of patient anticipation, Béla Fleck — the best banjo player in the world — is finally returning to Estonia on February 11 to perform in Tallinn! This time he is accompanied by harp virtuoso Edmar Castañeda and five time Grammy winner and drummer Antonio Sánchez. Together they form BEATrio and are nominated for the 2026 Grammy Awards in the category of Best Contemporary Instrumental Album. A concert not to miss!

Jazzkaar 2026 first artists announced!
The 37th Tallinn International Festival Jazzkaar will bring the best music and uplifting energy to Telliskivi Creative City and stages across Estonia from 25 April to 2 MayThe first artists have now been announced: among them, guitar virtuoso Bill Frisell performing with violist Eyvind Kang, leading U.S. ensembles Kneebody and Kennedy Administration, and, at the opening concert, the international large-scale work Lady Sapiens by Mingo Rajandi.
