Many promoters have their fall-program done. Sometimes I have the felling, that this is a matter of just five minutes based on the enormous offers. It's not easy for an agent to catch these finve minutes. And if you don't catch them the chances to ghet the artists booked becomes rather small despite great offers. Well... I'll continue to work on it... like on the wonderful quartet of Luciano Biondini and Rosario Giuliani (23rd / 24th november), on Aruan Ortiz (16th / 18th / 20th / 23rd / 24th / 25th november), on Iiro Rantala (6th / 8th october / 14th / 15th / 17th december), on Erika Stucky (21st / 22nd / 24th september / 10th / 11th / 13th november), on Ray Anderson (6th october) and many other more.

- The polish trumpet-player Tomasz Stanko celebrates his 75th birthday! Jubilee-tours all around the year:

- Stucky - Doran - Studer - Tacuma: Hendrix! won der audiences-award at the BMW Jazz Award in Munich. Last open date: 2nd january 2017
- Craig Taborn also recorded a new quartet-album for ECM. It will be released next year. The tour will be announced soon. Interested promoters may report their interest already now.
- Cuban pianist Aruan Ortiz may be heard this summer at the jazzfestivals in Montreux, North Sea Rotterdam, Albinea, Regensburg and others. He will record a new solo-album for Intact Records (Zürich) after his trio-tour in november. To prepare the recording I'm looking for solo-concerts on the 28th and 29th novmber.
- Finland will be country-partner at the Jazzahead 2017. Finland is in coming to be! Such as altosaxophonist Jukka Perko, whose new trio-album just got released on ACT Records. Tour: december.
- Ray Anderson's big-band-projects last march were very successfull, so that this project will be continued. Big-bands invite Ray Anderson as guest-solist. The program is composed by Ray's compositions, arranged by him and George Gruntz. Next period: 6th - 11th march 2017 - and always on request. The big-bands receive the music-sheets ahead for rehearsal. There will be two days of rehearsals with Ray before the first concert.
