Exhibitor Plus: An integration into jazzahead!’s professional program

jazzahead! 2022 will be held in (and from) Bremen from 28 April to 1 May 2022. There are various ways to participate in jazzahead! 2022: For on-site participation, you can register either as an exhibitor with your own booth, as a co-exhibitor of an umbrella stand (e.g. the EJN booth or the jazzahead! umbrella stand forShowcasing Artists & International Promoters”), or as a professional participant without a booth.

If you decide to have a booth at jazzahead! 2022, you will also have the opportunity to book one of the limited PLUS packages and hold your own panel or session in the jazzahead! professional program. This package is particularly suitable for presenting country or festival portraits, drawing a picture about the jazz scene or the festival landscape in your country for an international audience. There are many ways in which such a contribution can be designed, pre-produced and/or live. In any case, the contribution will be made available and presented to both the registered on-site and the online-only registered participants, this is the great added value of the hybrid jazzahead! edition in 2022.

jazzahead! 2022: What to expect / Hybrid options

jazzahead! is looking forward to a face-to-face event, but additionally offers the possibility to register for online-only participation.
This option includes online access to the conference and showcase program, networking via our participant portal prior to the event and the use of a professional event platform similar to what has been successfully introduced in this year’s edition of jazzahead! digital. The use ofall important personal data of the other registered participants is perfect for a good preparation and your networking activities before, during and after jazzahead! 2022.

For the trade fair in Bremen we are planning with larger halls and are well prepared to organize our international industry meeting under changing conditions. All on-site participants will also receive online access to the conference and showcase program so that they can (re)experience this content whenever they want during the four jazzahead! days or afterwards.

jazzahead! will be pursuing this hybrid event and is also equipped, if there shall be the need to do so, to transfer on-site events such as concerts or panels into the digital realm.
