TOM SYSON QUINTET

Tom Syson - trumpet, Tom Barford - tenor saxophone, Jacky Naylor - piano, Pete Hutchison - double bass, Jonathan Silk - drums

Tom Syson is a highly regarded trumpeter and composer based in the UK. He recorded two albums so far - Green and Different Coloured Days. Tom also has vast experience performing in larger ensembles, having held the lead trumpet chair in the European Radio Jazz Orchestra 2018, the National Youth Jazz Orchestra and the Birmingham Jazz Orchestra, as well performing with the London Jazz Orchestra, Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Orchestra and the Syd Lawrence Orchestra.
