AIE, with more thant 23.000 members in Spain, is the overall entity for musicians and performing artists. It has has offices in Madrid, Barcelona and Seville. Pursuant to the provisions of the Law on Intellectual Property, AIE manages the intellectual property rights of music performers.

AIE is a collective, manages the rights of music performers in Spain and in the rest of Europe, in Latin America and the Caribbean, the US, Asia and in all countries and regions of the world where the intellectual property rights of musicians are ensured and applied.

AIE holds 85 reciprocity agreements, currently in force, with sister societies worldwide.
