Founded in 1991 by bassist Dr Gary Crosby OBE and Janine Irons OBE, Tomorrow’s Warriors is a pioneering talent development organisation, creative producer, learning and training provider, charity and consultancy specialising in jazz.

Tomorrow’s Warriors:
• supports aspiring young artists from diverse backgrounds to discover their magic and achieve their creative ambitions, with a primary focus on Black talent, female musicians and those facing challenges that might lock them out of a successful career.
• delivers 450+ weekly development sessions annually for young artists aged 11-25
• presents 100+ live concerts/public performances annually by established/emerging artists
• produces ambitious, multi-faceted artistic programmes that challenge and stretch artists creatively, engage communities and build audiences
• manages two variable size professional orchestras: Nu Civilisation Orchestra and Jazz Jamaica All Stars.
• is led by its founders/directors: CEO & Managing Director (Janine Irons OBE) and Artistic Director (Dr Gary Crosby OBE), supported by Chief Operating Officer (Gloria Fagbemiro). Together they lead a staff team of 12, and a music leader faculty of 15. The charity, Tomorrow’s Warriors Trust, is led by an independent Board of Trustees.
