"Jazzaar Festival' provides a unique music education platform called 'Bandstand Learning With Role Models' that incorporates real productions with acclaimed international musicians rehearsing and performing with young emerging talents between 16 - 26 years of age. 'Bandstand Learning With Role Models' emphasizes learning from role models and mentors in music-making and problem-solving. Thus, the program has equipped many a young aspiring musician since 1992 to present excellence on and off stage. Its alumni continue to contribute professionalism in any field they venture. Naturally many thrive in the music industry of various genres in Switzerland and internationally too.
