ASSOCIATION FESTIVAL INTERNATIONAL DE MARSEILLE JAZZ DES CINQ CONTINENTS

Since 2000, we developed the Festival with the ambition to offer Marseille an appointment with jazz artists from around the world in a wonderful place, Jardins du Palais Longchamp. The atmosphere there emerges conquered the heart of the audience.
With over 230 000 festival since 2000, Marseille Jazz des Cinq Continents can be proud of its career. The face of the festival has changed a lot. The Festival now covers 9 night in July, 19 concerts, 7 sites of events, exhibitions, conference, an free opening night,10 nights of jam session. Special attention is paid to the quality of sound diffusion system. The high-level of technique contributes to the success of the Festival. Big names from everywhere on the stage and always a door wide open for Marseille’s musicians. Artists are heart of the project. We are a not-for-profit organization, with 8 permanent employees, 100 crew people during the Festival and around 80 volunteers.

MUSICA SULLE BOCCHE

The "Associazione Jana Project" is a non-profit cultural association based in Alghero (historical town in the North of Sardinia) and it's active since 1998 in the field of music production, with a long list of concerts and original productions held worldwide. In 2001 it started the International Jazz Festival "Musica sulle Bocche", based in Santa Teresa di Gallura, one of the most famous touristic destinations of Sardinia. The locations of concerts are often the beaches and other unconventional venues, such as ferryboats.
Since 2013 the locations of the Festival have been extended to the whole island, with site-specific concerts in archaeological, historical, natural sites.
Focused on Jazz, the Festival is open to other music genres, classical and strictly traditional.
The aim is to foster the dialogue and the crossover for artists, education to listening for the public.
