Sibiu Jazz Festival 2018 announces its line-up

The oldest jazz festival in Romania is waiting for its fans in Sibiu, at the end of May. During May 17th – 20th, jazz music will make the Large Square vibe, during the 48th edition of Sibiu Jazz Festival.

Four nights in a row, artists from 13 countries will charm the public with their music.

Thursday, the 17th of May, in the first day of the festival, the following artists will take the stage: Vali Boghean Band (Moldavia), Jan Galega Bronnimann Trio (Switzerland, Israel, Senegal), Vein Trio & Rick Margiza (Switzerland, USA) and Luca Ciarla Quartet (Italy).

Friday, the 18th of May, the second day of the festival presents to the public Sorin Zlat Quartet (Romania), Alex Mercado (Mexico), Esteban Freytes Quintet (Argentine), Pol Belardi's Force (Luxembourg) and Street Jazz - Befunkbop (Spain).

Saturday, the 19th of May, in the Big Square will perform: JazzyBit (Romania), Arcus Trio (Romania), Balázs Balogh Quintet (Hungary), noJazz (France) and Street Jazz - Befunkbop (Spain).

The festival ends Sunday, May the 20th, with a performance from NES (Spain, France) and Jean-Marie Machado Duo (France).

The performances will start at 7 PM and the admission is free.
