Denarris

| CD News | 2005-04-19

Port of Spain, Trinidad, W.I.
On Friday, April 15, 2005 The Trinidad Guardian newspaper published a glowing review of Denarris' smooth jazz/neo-soul CD entitled, "Songs From The Hear Part 1". The author, jazz journalist Asha Small, highlighted track 3 entitled, "Midnight Kiss", as one of her favorites that is igniting jazz radio stations in the U.S. and compared his style to that of acclaimed jazz pianist Bobby Lyle.

Other jazz tunes highlighted in the review were track 1, "Walker" which she describes as "an infectious and happy-go-lucky groove". Track 5, "Hit Session" was elevated for its highway cruising suitability and depth of electric relaxation.

Other songs praised in the review were love ballads track 2 and 7, "I Think I'm Falling In Love", and "I Need Your Love".

For more details on the review, please visit www.guardian.co.tt/entertain2.html in the April 15th, 2005 issue of the newspaper. After April 15th, the review can be accessed in the newspaper archive files at www.guardian.co.tt/news.html.
