Jazz Network | Musicians proposals | 2012-10-26

Gabriel Palatchi Band

Hello,

As the leader and manager of the international Latin Jazz, Tango, Arabian, Afro Cuban and World Music fusion band, the ‘Gabriel Palatchi Band’, I’m contacting you in regard to booking a performance at your prestigious festival for 2013.

For the last two years the band has toured throughout various parts of Argentina, Mexico and specially in Canada, performing at important venues and international music festivals including the Coyote Jazz, Kaslo Jazz Festival, Starbelly Jam Music Festival, Caribbean Days Festival, Fiestaval Latin Festival and Central Music Festival among others.
The promotional tour for our debut CD “Diario de Viaje” (travel diary), has been incredibly successful, creating a buzz in each local music scene that we visit.

The album is being played on several radio stations all over the world from Alaska through to South America, Europe and the Middle East and even as far as Australia. It has been reviewed and featured on the Latin Jazz Network, Rolling Stone Magazine, The Toronto Star Magazine, Salsa Son Timba Colombia, Newstime South Africa, Ejazznews.com and Insideworldmusic.com among others.
