Medimex - closed its first edition

The first edition of Medimex has successfully closed, the Mediterranean Music Expo that took place in Bari from 24 to 27 November.
With some 1,300 operators, 200 artists, more than 200 journalists and 3,000 visitors who contributed to the success of the first edition of this event.
 

This first edition, organized by Teatro Pubblico Pugliese/Puglia Sounds, in collaboration with MEI-Meeting of Independent Record Labels under the aegis of  Regione Puglia, has been an intense three-day event full of artistic and commercial exchanges across operators, music businesses, cultural and governmental institutions, media and artists from 21 countries. 

 

A unique market fair in Italy set up to fulfil several objectives: fostering exchange, agreements as well  as relations between the Apulian music landscape and that of the National and International market, pooling together the stakeholders of the music industry to probe into the perspectives, criticalities, opportunities of the Italian and of the Mediterranean music market. These objectives have been fulfilled through the precious contribution of all the operators, exhibitors, delegates, artists, speakers and media representatives who participated in the event.
