Medimex is the International Trade Fair of all kind of music from the Mediterranean area, first in Italy, organized by Puglia Sounds, the program of Puglia Region for the development of the music system, with the aim to foster the relationship between the regional, Italian and European music market - with particular attention to the Mediterranean - in order to promote artistic exchanges, trade relations and support entire music industry.

Medimex will host the XV edition of MEI - Meeting of independent labels that over the years has become a reference point for operators of national industry.
