Welcome to the 25^th Glasgow Jazz Festival which takes place 29 June - 3 July 2011 with over 80 gigs at 24 venues across the city and featuring almost 500 performers.

This year the Glasgow Jazz Festival is going to be focused round the City Halls - for example Cleo Laine and Michel Legrand appear in the Grand Hall, Courtney Pine, Lee Konitz & Tomasz Stanko and the Ryan Quigley Big Band in the Old Fruitmarket, and in the small intimate Recital Room we have a very special Up Close and Personal season featuring top acts such as Carol Kidd, Martin Taylor.

This year's headliners include Ramsey Lewis, Leon Russell and Mulato Astatke.
