Keely Smith
'The Queen of Las Vegas' came to fame for her legendary partnership with the great Louis Prima, launching a 50 year career working with the créme de la créme of American music including Frank Sinatra, Nelson Riddle and Count Basie. She recently recreated her Grammy winning hit 'That Old Black Magic' live to millions on the 2008 Grammy Awards.
Asked why she jumped at the chance of this tour Keely said "Singing with Ian Clarkson and The Jive Aces is reminiscent of my performing with Louis Prima and The Witnesses. We have a great time and I look forward to many more shows together."
"An icon of swing, one of the most beloved female crooners of her generation... She's in the best voice she's enjoyed in years."
- Rex Reed
"She can still sing the stuffing out of a ballad as well as swing any tune into the stratosphere."
- The New Yorker
"This woman still catches fire like a kid, still has the voice, energy and commitment of the days when she and hubby Louis Prima ruled the Vegas strip."
- Liz Smith, New York Post
The Jive Aces

Montreux Jazz Festival
