Federico Conti was born in Turin in 1980. He studied piano with James Williams, Gianni Negro and Palmino Pia, and  specialized in Hammond organ with famous American organist Shirley Scott. He took part in various workshops among which “We Love Jazz” in 1996, 1997 and 1998 organized by jazz pianist Massimo Faraņ, receiving a study grant every year. In “We Love Jazz 2000” he was called to teach Hammond organ at the side of Kenny Baron, Gary Bartz, Ben Riley, Carl Anderson.
He boasts participation with artists such as Benny Golson, Charles Bowen, Lannie McMillan, Mike Stern, Buster Williams, Dywane Thomas, Massimo Faraņ, Bobby Durham, Sangoma Everett, Gianni Cazzola, Rev. Lee Brown, Rosita Still, and Cynthia Utterbach. He participated in many festivals such as the Trieste Jazz Festival 1996, Torino Blues Festival (3rd and 4th edition), JVC Jazz Festival 1997, the 4th and 5th edition of Thank You Mr. Hammond, organized by Organ Studio in Chiavari, which featured the world’s best Hammond players (Captain Jack McDuff, Jimmy Smith and others).
In 1997 he recorded the CD “Young Energy” with Charles Bowen, Bruno Martini, Gianni Cazzola and Massimo Faraņ.
Federico Conti is “endorser” of the Organ Studio in Chiavari.
